Haley Franck, BA, MSN, CRNA

New to Charlotte, I was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, and I got into nursing as a second career. Originally I graduated from Mercyhurst College in 2008 with a business degree and shortly after got into nursing. I have been involved in anesthesia since 2016 and graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland as well. Anesthesia is my passion, but as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, I have so much freedom to branch out and aesthetics has been an interest of mine for several years. I am so excited to not only be a part of the Charlotte community, but also to start a business here, and I cannot wait to meet you all!

Kent Ellington, MD

Dr. Kent Ellington is a Charlotte based surgeon with more than 20 years experience in medicine. He is a member of many groups, boards and committees and Dr. Ellington will serve as the medical director at lux as he further continues his service to the people of Charlotte and the surrounding areas. He looks forward to working with our clients while also ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes alongside Haley Franck.
